• We can help your office staff save time by providing support to your patients and their families • We can make the referral process easy and work free for you and your office staff • We solve patient problems by being there for the patient and their families, thereby allowing the physician and their staff fewer interruptions—while providing appropriate information for your patents. • Your patient and their family will be grateful for the help and support made possible by your referral to HOSPICE INSPIRIS. • Consultations are available with our Medical Director. • The physician can continue to treat their patient or can utilize one of our Medical Directors. • HOSPICE INSPIRIS provides in-services for the physicians billing department to ensure proper billing and reimbursement for hospice services. • HOSPICE INSPIRIS and palliative care provides physicians with the documentation needed for Care Plan Oversight to obtain Medicare reimbursement.
How Does HOSPICE INSPIRIS help your patients?
• Provides the patient and family with peace of mind through an interdisciplinary team assigned to identify their individualized needs. • Reduces out of pocket expenses, i.e. hospice pays for all medications and DME related to hospice diagnosis. • Medications/ Medical Supplies are delivered right to the patient’s home. • Medical Equipment related to the hospice diagnosis is always delivered in a timely manner. • Should the need arise, an RN is available, 24 hours 7 days a week and will make home visits as needed. • Provides education, support, and relief of care for the patient to assist the family in their goals for patient comfort, symptom management, advanced directives/planning. • Emphasis is given to keeping the patient in the setting where they feel the most comfortable.
