Although not involved with the physical care of your loved one, they can be a valuable asset during this difficult time. Volunteers are an integral part of our patient and family care. Volunteers give time, talent, energy and ideas for end of life comfort, enhanced quality of life, hope and happiness. Volunteers:
- Visit with patients & families
- Provide emotional & spiritual support
- Provide relief to caregivers

Volunteer Training
HOSPICE INSPIRIS offers free state certification training provided by dynamic professionals. Our comprehensive training prepares volunteers to join the HOSPICE INSPIRIS Team and give the highest quality end of life care. If you are looking for a rewarding volunteer opportunity, then hospice volunteering is for you. HOSPICE INSPIRIS and Palliative Care offers free 30-hour state certification training designed to strengthen and enhance your volunteer experience. Topics include:
